House rules

  1. The Casa Rustic – Property Fića is available for daily rental. You may enter the house starting at 1:00 p.m. on the day your stay begins, and you must leave by 10:00 a.m. on the day your stay ends, unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of booking.
  2. The Casa Rustic – Property Trabant is available for daily rental. The house can be entered from 3 p.m. on the day the service begins and must be left by 11 a.m. on the day the service ends, unless otherwise agreed upon during the reservation.
  3. Retention of the house after 10:00 (FIĆA PROPERTY) or 11:00 (TRABANT PROPERTY) results in payment of the following day at regular prices, except in the case of inability to leave the house by the scheduled time due to Casa Rustic’s fault.
  4. When you begin your stay, please check the functionality of all appliances and verify the inventory according to the inventory list.
  5. The guest is required to compensate for any damage caused to items, installations, appliances, or furniture according to the price set by the homeowner.
  6. When you begin your stay, you enter a generally cleaned and disinfected house. Your beds are made.
  7. During your stay, you maintain hygiene yourself. We clean the house, change the bedding and towels every 3 days of your stay, and upon guests’ request, it can be cleaned daily for an additional charge of €10 per day in RSD currency. Bedding and towels can also be changed in a shorter timeframe upon guests’ request for an additional charge of €10 per day in RSD currency.
  8. When you temporarily leave the house, take the key with you.
  9. Take your valuables and money with you. Casa Rustic assumes no responsibility for your belongings or valuables.
  10. Pets are not allowed in the house.
  11. Guests are obliged to respect the night rest from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. (loud music is not allowed because of the Monastery, and neither is bringing your own sound system).
  12. It is forbidden to bring easily flammable and explosive objects (this also applies to fireworks, sprinklers, torches, etc.), firearms, as well as material and things with a strong and unpleasant smell.
  13. Accommodation services are paid for when booking accommodation.
  14. Smoking is prohibited in the house. Smoking is allowed in the yard.
  15. Throwing cigarette butts in the yard is prohibited due to the risk of fire; use ashtrays.
  16. It is not allowed to light a fire anywhere other than the place provided for it (barbecue).
  17. Keep the mosquito net at the entrance to the house closed.
  18. Sitting on the edge of the pool, walking on the edge of the pool, as well as jumping into the pool and hot tub, is not allowed.
  19. There must not be more than 4 people in the pool at the same time (Fića Facility).
  20. There may not be more than 6 people in the pool at the same time (Trabant facility).
  21. It is forbidden to consume food and drinks in the swimming pool and hot tub.
  22. It is forbidden to pour baths/shampoos into the pool/hot tub.
  23. No more than 3 people may stay in the hot tub at the same time (FIĆA facility).
  24. No more than 5 people may stay in the hot tub at the same time (TRABANT facility).
  25. Cover the hot tub when not in use, especially at night.
  26. The sauna is not a place for children to play; they are not allowed to be there without adult supervision. Before using the sauna, please read the user manual, and use it at your own risk.
  27. Do not move the decorative items nor let children play with them. In certain places, there is a sign that says ‘DO NOT TOUCH’ or in srb “NE DIRATI” (which means do not climb on the carts, carriages, do not open doors, and do not sit in the cars parked in front of the house).
  28. Children are not allowed in the wine cellar.
  29. Use the fireplace at your own risk, with the interpretation of the instructions for use that you have in the house. Do not leave the house while the fire is burning in the fireplace.
  30. If you notice smoke coming from the fireplace while the fire is burning and the regulator is set to the ‘+’ sign, immediately extinguish the fire, open the windows and doors for faster ventilation, and contact an authorized person for ‘Casa Rustic’.
  31. When leaving the house, guests are required to: close all windows, check that the water taps are turned off, not turn off appliances (air conditioning, radiators, refrigerator), cover the hot tub with its cover, turn off all lights, and lock the front door, leaving the key in the agreed-upon location.

  32. Each guest is required to register their stay in the house with appropriate and valid documents (ID card or passport). Only individuals who are registered for accommodation may stay in the house. If it is determined that an unregistered person is staying in the house, guests are required to pay an additional 100% of the daily rate for all days of the stay at the cabin.
  33. In the house, it is possible to receive visitors without interruption in the living room with mandatory registration and an additional payment of 4000.00 rsd per person, who are thus allowed to use the facilities offered by the house (swimming pool (June-September), hot tub, sauna and bicycles). .
  34. Casa Rustic reserves the right to terminate the guest’s stay and declare them an ‘undesirable guest’ if they fail to adhere to this House rules.
  35. If a guest’s stay in the house is terminated due to a violation of the House rules, the guest is required to pay the full rental amount, regardless of the shorter length of their stay.
  36. Casa Rustic is not responsible for bee, wasp, or any insect or animal stings. The property is located in a protected natural area, and you stay here at your own risk.
